How to Use the Wheel of Life
The Wheel of Life is a powerful coaching tool that helps you visualize all the important areas of your life at once. Follow these steps:
- Assess: Rate each life area on a scale of 1-10, where 1 is very dissatisfied and 10 is fully satisfied.
- Visualize: See your life as a wheel - areas with lower scores create a "flat tire" effect that can make your journey through life bumpy.
- Reflect: Look at the shape of your wheel. Is it balanced? Which areas need the most attention?
- Plan: Choose 1-3 areas to focus on improving over the next few months.
- Track: Complete new assessments regularly to monitor your progress and shifting priorities.
